1. Who we are

tokcar.bg is an online classifieds platform for electric cars in Bulgaria, operated by Georgi Nastev, гр. София, ул. Каварна 9, natok.bg@gmail.com. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Our role

We only provide a place where users publish listings and contact each other. We are not a party to any sale, we do not inspect vehicles and we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, prices or seller identity. Check the car and the documents before you pay.

3. Accounts

You must provide correct information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person or business may not run many accounts to bypass these rules.

4. Listings

Only electric vehicles may be listed (battery-electric; plug-in hybrids and combustion cars are not allowed). Listings must be true, concern a car you are entitled to sell, and use photos you own or may use. Forbidden: scams, misleading data, other people's personal data, offensive or illegal content, spam. We may edit, hide or delete any listing and block accounts that break these rules, without notice.

5. Contact with sellers

Messages and phone numbers are used only to contact about the listing. Do not use them for advertising or harassment.

6. Paid services

Promotion of listings (TOP/VIP) may be offered in the future. Prices and conditions will be shown before payment. Currently the service is free.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses from deals between users, from inaccurate listings or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Bulgarian law applies. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
